Museo Gösta

The Gösta pavilion, opened in 2014, belongs to the Serlachius museum complex in Mänttä, Finland, which houses contemporary art. The new building, with a surface area of 3500 m2, was created to provide space for the growing collection of artworks, as well as to house travelling exhibitions.

The Petit Comité studio entrusted ESSA PUNT to carry out the signage and direction signs project for the new Gösta pavilion.

For the voluminous lettering, signs and arrows that protrude out of the black and white walls, we created laser-cut lettering, bringing in sets of methacrylate, lacquered aluminium and brass with two finishes: old gold and white or black and white, depending on the location.
