Per enc\u00e0rrec de La Granja Design<\/a> hem dut a terme i materialitzat aquest singular<\/strong> i elegant disseny<\/strong> de jard\u00ed vertical en fusta<\/strong>, per a la fa\u00e7ana de l’edifici de Hip Shing Hong<\/strong>. Un projecte art\u00edstic amb un important proc\u00e9s de conceptualitzaci\u00f3 i disseny en el qual buscant l’autenticitat i singularitat del projecte.<\/p>\n

Un labori\u00f3s proc\u00e9s de fabricaci\u00f3 d’aquesta pe\u00e7a de 30 m\u00b2, composta per 20 m\u00f2duls de 120 x 126 cm, un total de 8.712 pals<\/strong> de fusta de diferents grand\u00e0ries i colors que es combinen per a generar una pe\u00e7a visualment \u00fanica i singular. <\/p>\n

1. Plantejament<\/p>\n

L’enginyeria ha plantejat, mitjan\u00e7ant un programa 3D, la simulaci\u00f3 del disseny per a calcular el nombre de m\u00f2duls i pals necessaris, aix\u00ed com el volum, per a poder donar forma al projecte.<\/p>\n

2. Fabricaci\u00f3<\/p>\n

El primer pas de la fabricaci\u00f3 ha estat la mecanitzaci\u00f3 de les mat\u00e8ries primeres comen\u00e7ant per les bases trepades en fresadora de CNC i la seg\u00fcent preparaci\u00f3 dels 8.712 pals de fusta de diferents grand\u00e0ries. Un a un s’han escalabornat, escatat i pintat a m\u00e0 per a poder fer realitat el plantejament previ en 3D.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Presentaci\u00f3<\/p>\n

Presentaci\u00f3 i premuntatge en el taller, per a visualitzar la correcta disposici\u00f3 dels m\u00f2duls i comprovar el disseny. Una vegada preparades les peces es comen\u00e7a el proc\u00e9s d’assemblatge, un labori\u00f3s treball manual per a inserir un a un els pals seguint el desenvolupament dels plans d’enginyeria.<\/p>\n

4. Embalatge<\/p>\n

Hem fabricat un embalatge a mida per al seu transport per vaixell fins a Hong Kong. A causa de la seva complexa forma de volum, cal empaquetar de manera especial perqu\u00e8 tot el material arribi al seu dest\u00ed sense danys. Per a aix\u00f2 hem dissenyat unes caixes, on els m\u00f2duls s’allotgen estrat\u00e8gicament capiculats.<\/p>\n
